NEW YORK, NY—JANUARY 16 & 17, 2015: Great Caesar’s Ghost—look up in the sky! Flamingo Eventz, AAB Productions, and Perry White proudly announce the return of Metropolis! Vintage Books & Ephemera—the Winter Vintage Book & Ephemera Fair—to New York City! A long-time favorite of both Exhibitors and Customers, we have revamped, modernized, improved, revitalized, and returned it! Held on Friday & Saturday, January 16 & 17, 2015, this is the kick-off event to Bibliography Week in New York—a week-long celebration of Book History. This exceptional show presents some of the finest Vintage Book & Ephemera Dealers in America & Canada gathered together for one fabulous weekend, and offers an incredible book & ephemera related adventure!

Held at the well-known and easily reached 69th Regiment Armory, located at 68 Lexington Avenue (between 25th & 26th Streets)—and just a short cab ride from Penn Station, Grand Central Terminal, and the Port Authority—members of ABAA, ILAB, MARIAB, MABA, and other prominent exhibitors, will gather to present an outstanding array of fine, rare & unusual old books, as well as poetry, prose, political, social, historical, children's series, maps, postcards, autographs, prints, posters, World’s Fair, and much, much more.

Background: Flamingo Eventz, LLC presents the finest, most innovative, successful, and respected Vintage Book & Ephemera Fairs and Antiques Shows in the Northeast. The Brunos have over 25 years experience as antique dealers and over 20 years experience as professional show promoters. They are members of the Antiques & Collectibles National Association (ACNA), and John Bruno is a respected antiques appraiser and television personality who has appeared on numerous national shows appraising and discussing antiques, collectibles & memorabilia. He currently appears on Market Warriors on PBS.

AAB Productions is the Show Promotion arm of Austin's Antiquarian Books. Known nationally as rare book dealers and members of the ABAA, Garry & Karen Austin maintain an open bookshop in Wilmington VT. They have produced a number of book fairs throughout the Northeast over the years from Vermont to Washington, DC.
