TOTOWA, NJ—DECEMBER 6 & 7, 2013: Flamingo Eventz is pleased to announce the return of the totally revamped New Jersey Vintage Book & Ephemera Fair! One of the longest running Book and Ephemera Fairs in America and the only one of its kind in New Jersey; this well-known event has served the book and ephemera world long and proudly. This year we gave it a real shake-up, put it in a new location, and revitalized it for the new generations….by all accounts, the results are an overwhelming success!
Once again, a wonderful array of Exhibitors—many of whom are new to the show—will present a fabulous offering of fine, rare, old books along with unique paper & ephemera finds to a greatly expanded field of Customers—including many new, young and excited first-timers. If you’re Jonesing for a cool 1950’s science fiction movie poster, we’ve got you covered! You say you want to curl up in front of the fire with a mint copy of Stephen King’s “Carry”—check it out! From the frivolous to the sublime, a wealth of rare out-of-print books, posters, prints, and ephemera is waiting for you along with a treasure trove of other incredible finds! The cognoscenti will have nothing on you, Baby!
At the 22nd Annual New Jersey Vintage Book & Ephemera Fair you'll find collectible books, autographs, maps, prints, photographs, postcards, magazines, advertising, and more! It’s all happening Friday December 6, 5-9pm and Saturday December 7, 9am-3pm at The Bethwood, 38 Lackawanna Avenue, Totowa, NJ— wonderful new location that is just off Rt. 80 and Union Blvd, NJ, and only 30 minutes from NYC. Exhibitors from throughout the Northeast will be offering an exciting array of printed text, images, specialists displaying children's books, fine & decorative arts, modern literature, local history, Americana, technology, science, music, social reforms & labor history, religion, and so much more!
