Highlights from PBA Galleries' Fine Literature auction ending December 5 includes: 

* Eight signed broadside poems by Lawrence Ferlinghetti Lenore Kandel Jack Hirschman, Janine Pommy Vega, Anne Waldman, ruth weiss, Diane di Prima, and Joanna McClure. Estimate: $500 - $800

Original typescript poem on a single sheet by Charles Bukowski who lived at 1623 N Mariposa Ave. between 1958-1963. During that period he did not sign or make copies of his manuscripts. As a result, hundreds of manuscripts were lost from editors not returning his work. It is believed that this poem was never published. Estimate: $4,000 - $6,000

* Five charcoal drawings of Beats by Soheyl Dahi. No. 5 of 5 copies. Ancient Rain Edition, signed with the artist's red stamp on the colophon page. Collection of original drawings and recollections of five Beat poets, all of whom Dahi knew, except Kerouac. Estimate: $300 - $500
